The information is provided only for the website www.zmp.it (hereinafter also simply “site”) and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links on the site. The processing may consist of collection, recording, organisation, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, the limitation, deletion or destruction of data and will be carried out with the aid of electronic tools suitable to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves.

The subjects or categories of subjects who, within the scope of the purposes illustrated below, could become aware of the data or to whom it could be communicated are, as they are involved in the organization of the site, internal staff and also external subjects (suppliers, firms and other entities that provide assistance and consultancy, for example, legal, accounting, economic-financial, technical-organisational, data processing; entities that provide banking, financial, insurance and debt collection services; subsidiaries, parent companies, investees and affiliates) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

The data may also be communicated to public bodies, police forces or other public and private entities, but exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, regulations or community legislation.

If the processing also concerns personal data falling within the category of “sensitive” data (i.e. data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties , trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health, life and sexual orientation) or “judicial” data (data relating to criminal convictions and crimes) on processing will be carried out within the limits indicated by the General Authorizations of the Guarantor and subsequent equivalent provisions, according to the methods established by EU Regulation 679/2016 and for the purposes strictly necessary for the regular carrying out of the activity, of the operations relating to the provision of products/services and the fulfillment of contractual and/or legal/regulatory obligations.

Users are invited to avoid entering unnecessary sensitive and judicial data as this could result in the destruction of the message.

The processing connected to the web service (“contacts”) of this site takes place at the aforementioned office and is handled only by the owner.

Apart from what is specified below for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in any information/application/registration request forms. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

STORAGE PERIOD

  • When the processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain personal data for longer until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
  • At the end of the retention period, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this deadline the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
